how can this be turned off ? very annoying... or should i just stop speeding?

I forget the exact steps but essentially you click the Map button, while on the map click the menu icon on the bottom right and scroll to the right, select Settings, then select Warnings, and you'll see the option for speed limit. You can make it a visual alert only, or do what I did and make it so it only alerts when you are 130% of the speed limit so it'll warn you only when you're *really* speeding..

I just set it to visual at 100 % for now it was just kinda anoyying haha thank you!

Turn off the audible notifications. By going into maps, settings and just set it to visual notifications or none,

Yes, and it's especially annoying because it interrups whatever music is playing to scold you in a loud, stern female voice. I get enough of that crap from my wife, I don't need it from my car stereo, too.
