I just installed the 5000nex in my truck. Everything seems to work except navigation. It gets stuck on the end users agreement. I can't decline or accept. Any ideas? I have reset it twice, does same thing.

Make sure antenna is in properly and most of all, make sure it is grounded properly, you can search this forum and see the responses to the same question

Make sure your Parking Brake wire (light green) is grounded. Then you will be able to select Decline or Accept on the screen
