what program(s) do you guys use to properly burn music videos onto dvd's for viewing w/ an avic?

I use Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 its pretty good

Get Nero. They have a easy DVD creater that compresses the files rather esaily before it burns so you don't have to manually compress videos to make them fit.

i also read in this forum that we can burn videos in VCD format on regular CD-R and those will play... is that true? if so how is it done?
