Hey everyone...

My D3 will be here on Tuesday.

I'm putting it in a 2006 Nissan Armada (non-Bose) - or I should say, a friend of a friend of mine is doing the work - he works at Circuit City (Roadshop) and he will be doing the installation.

I already have the factory Double-Din navigation bezel that I ordered from Nissan.

So, if I have the one from Nissan... do I also need a Metra kit?

Metra.com tells me I need the 99-7606 kit:

But I just wasn't sure if I need them both?

The Nissan bezel is exactly the same as the big bezel from metra shown in the above picture. I just don't have all the extra parts (only the bezel).

I'm running the Sirius antenna myself here in a few (very easy) and getting the 12cd changer situated somewhere as well. I want to have everythign ready for him to do the D3 pretty quickly once he gets started.

You won't need that peice if you have the factory nav bezel. the person that installs it for you may have to drill new holes in the factory radio brackets to accomodate the avic is all.
