My unit has developed a really nasty interference noise when the navigation voice is talking. Basically any noise the unit makes on its own sounds horrible, but you cant here any noise in the music at all. Is this a bad ground? I am a bit confused because it seems like you should be able to hear the noise all the time if that were the case.

Turns out I had plugged the microphone into the guide speaker outlet when I installed my sirius and ipod modules. Works fine now.
