I've personally provided some info HERE.  Its a bit dated but it should still work.

Thanks for that link. However, all of my videos are ripped in MP4 format.. Car still doesn't recognize them. Do the vids have to be a certain size?

If your MP4 vids don't work, they need to be converted.
