Hi all!

 

I'm thinking about finally letting my AVIC-F900BT go and replacing it with the AVIC-8000NEX.  Does anyone know if the GEX-P920XM XM Sat Tuner I currently have will work with the new headunit or do I need to replace that too?

No. The GEX has the older square type connector, the SXV200 has a round connector.
