Low call volume, tinny calls, hey Siri not as reactive

have F960dab. Noticed after car play the calls are tinny, call volume is to quiet and hey Siri hardly works and you have to shout to get it to work, connected via Bluetooth everything is ok Siri works at normal volume, calls are clear and don't have to be at level 35 just to hear. Something isn't right. Also programs such as spotify are tempremental

Pretty sure "hey siri" operates off the mic from your iPhone. Be sure it is not buried in your arm rest or it may not be able to hear you.

Spotify works sometimes, sometimes it does not.

When you press the volume up & down buttons, on the right, it seems to be a button for audio alerts, don't know for sure, but I think it might help.

i agree with the phone calls they are very tinny and low

After a few days of use, I will agree phone calls are tinny, but volume is relevant to how you adjust the caller volume.

Agreed. The phone call quality over USB is definitely worse. I'm on conference calls every morning, so I'm hoping this is addressed in the next FW release.
