Stupid newbie questions :)

Hey all -

Got my AVIC-D3 from crutchfield delivered this evening.

Over the course of the next 3-4 days...I'm going to attempt installation of the following:

Pioneer AVIC-D3

Sirius Satllite Radio

PAC-SWI-PS

Pioneer CD-UB100 USB Adapter

Basic questions:

Sorry if the following questions are just dumb I live approximately 45 minutes from any kind of store that would most likely have the stuff I need. Those two stores are: Home Depot and Wal-Mart. I want to try and get everything I'm going to need in 1 trip to town tomorrow morning.

1. Where do I buy the extra wire leads/taps?

Any certain type/weight? Will I need to find an install shop locally and buy this there?

2. I can pick up a cheap Soldering iron at my local PX (Army store) but there is no solder (makes sense, huh!).

Where can I get some Solder? (Home Depot/Wal-Mart?)

3. I think I should be okay doing the actual installation - but may I ask:

Where is the Reverse Light located in the 06' Armada?

Thanks for any and all help!

I'll be posting pics of the installation process once I get going.

do you a wire harness for the extra leads? I bought my harness of of ebay. Solder can be found at radioshack or any stores of that nature.

I've got the wire harness for my vehicle...I guess I wanting to know what wire will I need to have to get the power lead from the Sirius box to the head unit? I don't think it's long enough to reach as it stands right now...though I could move the sirius box somewhere behind the console perhaps...right now it's under the passenger side seat.

Or should I try to wire this somewhere closer?

I'll check radio Shack for the solder...I forgot about them...luckily my nearest town does have a RatShack...

extra wires can also be found at radio shack. Usually when im desperate, I go to my nearby kragens auto.
