I have the unit for about 4 months now and I had no problems. Since yesterday GPS is no longer working. It keeps says "autodetecting GPS receiver". I did reset it from the button on the upper left corner and from the GPS software, but still nothing. Any ideas? Also how can I hard reset the unit?Thanks

I had the same problem the other day. It would be ok and then the map would locked up and then work again. Never had this problem util after doing both updates.

Not sure if it is related to that.

disconnect power to the unit for 10 minutes or so to reset all ? ...

Tap the settings icon, then tap the icon with the screwdriver, then scroll down and tap on 'System Information'. Tap on 'Connection Status' and report what you see under GPS and GPS Positioning. Also, what date and time is your unit showing? Is it accurate?

had to send mine back when this happened but some people say theres corrected itself after a few hours

Thank you all for the replies. Problem solved. I have removed the radio fuse overnight and in the morning GPS was alive again. I wonder why they have the reset button....
