I have the AVIC-D3 for my Toyota Tacoma and would like to add a rear camera, but something that goes on the license plate frame. The Pioneer ones are way too expensive and have to mount in other locations. I've seen some on eBay for under $100 that mount to your license plate. Anyone have any experience with any?

Hey what year tacoma do you have? I have a 04 that I'll be putting my D3 in this weekend. Do you have yours in yet? I ordered the pioneer camera. I would like to put it where the eye peeks out the hole used for lowering the spare tire. But I'm not sure if the bumper will block too much of the view.

I am on my 3rd camera now and this one is the best I have had yet it is a Boyo VTL300 I paid $160 but have since seen them cheaper. The picture quality is great day and night.

I have a 2006 Tacoma, the D-3 arrives from Crutchfield tomorrow and the install will be this weekend. I'll be sure to put up pics. I just don't know where I can put Pioneer one with it's bracket and not be in the way of anything.
