Wow sounds like me, 6months later my dash still ain't done. Anyone wanna fiberglass a dash for me?

you could run a wire all the way to the fuse box under the rear seat but i wouldn't you can get it up under the dash, where they are sending you too is a positive parking light wire, first look up under the dash see if you see a square or rectangular plug with 5 or 6 wires going into it and nothing coming out, if you were in the seat it would be where your right knee is normally or sometimes centered, this is the trailer wiring plug and a good place to get it, also if your real comfortable with working under a dash there is big bundle, like 40 -50 wires that is taped up that goes across the truck, if you take the tape off it and look towards the bottom there is a dark brown wire, make sure you test it there are many brown wires in there, so i would suggest trying that, i have never went to the back of the truck.
