Hey everyone,

I have an 05 acura tsx and just got the z1 one put in. My problem is that the guide view and route view are not accessible. I don't have the arrows or street names to guide me through any given direction. Any ideas why this would be?

It has to be routing you to a destination before those are available...

That's the problem; when I enter the destination and it plotts the course I recieve none of those features.

Do you have them if you stop the car and put the parking brake on? It's been so long since anything in mine was "Grey-ed out" I don't remember what is normally unavailable.

They are never availble.... any thoughts?

Is your parking brake working (is it connected correctly)? Can you go to the hardware - connections menu and put the parking brake on and off and see the line for it's status change? If it doesn't ever say "parking brake is on" then there will be things greyed out which will never come on. Make sure it's connected correctly and the head unit sees it's state change (you can do that in the hardware - connection menu section). Just double check that for me.
