Do any of you have a CF salesperson who went out of their way to make your purchase a better than normal experience. I find most of them are just order takers, and I've tried searching the gazillion pages to find a recommendation, but I haven't found one yet.

I'm ready to buy, and want to deal with someone helpful.

I would ask for Frank. He went out of his way to make my D-3 order perfect. He's a good guy who got permission from his supervisor at 11 pm to honor a discount the next day after it was supposed to expire. Unfortunately, I don't have his extension number any longer.

I spoke to a CF sales rep by the name of "Elvis" he was very helpful and kind. Second time I called in to check my order he was on the receiving end again very nice to deal with.

Scooter did my right. Not only did he take care of my order, two weeks afterwards when I realized the full benefits of this board and its value, refunded me $200 when I discovered the code for the pioneer 3 item discount.

Where do they find these guys? Frank I understand, but they also have an Elvis, Ace and Scooter?

At the very least it sounds like the cast of some crappy 50s TV show.

An hour after i placed my order yesterday Niles called me to confirm everything and to answer any questions i had. Pretty awesome customer service. No wonder CF's prices are so high.
