I have an N1, no updates or anything, just the grounded wire for DVD and NAV. Between the time of around 7pm - 10pm the sub-display doesn't show the time? Has anyone else had this problem? If I open the screen the times shows on the screen, but not on the sub-display, and only between those hours. I thought it had sometime to do with the GPS signals, but then it wouldnt make any sence for it to know the time when the screen is open. Any thoughts?

It was a glitch in the first version of the software. Back when the N1 came out, Pioneer would send you a new version for free when you registered your product online. You might try that

You could also ask other members for the cd. I am sure they have it floating around.
