When I play my D3 radio with Ipod or DVD it plays in full stereo, but when I play the radio the left speakers do not play on my 06 Dodge Ram. Any ideas?

did you check your source settings? You can adjust which speaker outputs what for certain sources.

I definitely checked the source settings on every source and all the fader controls are balanced. Could it be anything to do with a messed up bypass. I just installed tonight and attempted to do the bypass but it oviously didn't work because dvd's will not play at speed. I will take it out tomorrow and check all the connections. But could it have anything to do with the mute wire?

No. Infinity system in the truck? Did you use a canbus adaptor?

no infinity system. Did use the canbus setup.

Very strange. Could be a bad fm tuner in the avic. The mute wire has nothing to do with the problem you're having.

Well, went through all the wiring today and also fixed my bypass so now that works correctly and still no fix to the radio in stereo thing. Strange indeed. Like I said, everything else is in stereo and when I am playing the stereo system beeps and voice guidance come out over the left channels.

I'm at a loss.

Do you get both speakers working on AM?

Yes, all stations and AM too!! Sucks if I have to uninstall and return!
