Hi everyone,

Ever since I had the Z1 installed, the park distance control on my BMW E46 3 series has not been working. My installer is not sure what might have happened and I thought I would check in with the experts here.

The reverse lights on the car are working, and the right side mirror tilts down when I am in reverse, so the car know I am in reverse - it's just the PDC that is not working.

I was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions on where to start looking for a fix.

if the sound used to come through the radio speakers then switching the radio could be the problem

What ^^^he said. Put the stock radio back in. Pretty much the only way that's oming back without some sideways work.

contact peripheral to see if they have an interface device for it.

I know there is an interface for the silverados that keeps this fuction enabled. You just need to check around for one for your car.
