Maybe someone can help me out with this problem. I've had my z1 for a few weeks, and I've realized that its not rerouting me around traffic jams. I do get traffic info when I drill down to the menu, and the traffic indicator is displayed on my main map screen, but I've been stuck in half a dozen jams and the thing doesn't show any colored overlays or reroute me. Also, the "traffic on route" button stays grayed out. XM signal strength is good. I live in DC Baltimore area. Can anyone help?
