I think I've finally figured out my problem with my D3. I've been doing some reading about the Bose Gold stereo system that came with my 1995 Cadillac Seville SLS. Looks like the speakers come with built in amps or something. It's making my navigation voice and DING very loud and making a constant hissing noise over the speakers.

Any ideas on how to make the D3 work with these speakers?

Get cheap rcas cut the ends off and solder them to the speaker leads of the harness you're using. then plug the rcas into the outputs of the avic.
