you might wanna search for circuitcity on this forum. They do an install for $159 (? i think). I don't have any experience with them but that's a pretty good start point before they tack things on....

 

Car Audio Heaven off Clairmont Mesa (next to Cheetah's *gentlemens club*) is run by a bunch of tools. They will match the crutchfield prices for components but instantly jack up the install price to ~$350.
