I want to buy the Avic D3 but every where I look it states the pioneer will not fit. Is this true ?If anyone has Ranger please show pics of your dash if possible or let me know that it is possible. Thanks !!

Is your dash a double din?

You should have an opening approx 4x7.

If you do, it should fit, if not, then it could be made to fit.

yes it's double din but the unit appears to be an inch shorter than the opening in my truck.

Did you measure?

Take a ruler or tape measure and see if you have a 4 x 7 opening.

If it looks an inch shorter than the D3, then its most likely that you have a 1.5 din opening.
