What is the illumination wire for? Do I need to hook it up? I have an 05 Tacoma, where would I hook up the illumination wire? Do I need to hook up the reverse wire if I don't have a rear view camera? Mahalo everybody

illumination will dim your screen at night. yes you do need it unless you want your whole interior lit up at night
