are the only tuners that work with the avic-d3 to have touchscreen controls the gex-p5700tv and the gex-p6400tv? also, what's the difference between these two? thanks in advance.

i cant find any diffs other than maybe some model support... neither support the D3

First, the D3 does not support touchscreen control of a tv tuner. Second, if I remember correctly, the difference in the two models you mentioned was only the number of video outputs. I think, its been a while

It is not HD radio ready. The best solution I have seen is to use one of the DEI universal kits and run the RCA outs from that into the A/V input of the D3. You will still have to control it from the DEI display though, not the D3
