ok, I must be missing something here, do I enter it where it says "Special offer or catalog code?" or later on?

Place the order, then call a crutchfield rep and ask them to apply the code.

The "special code" is only for the 15% off code. Once you place the order, call them up and give them my code and they'll give you another $20 off.
