When in nav mode on the D3 and listening to the ipod each time that you manually switch songs, the new song title and band name will appear at the bottom of the screen. Is there anyway to make this happen automatically when a new song starts on the ipod?

Ohhh good question, I was wondering the same thing.

Nope!!! You can however push up on your remote if you have one and the title will reappear for a few seconds each time you do this. I use the CD-SR1 steering wheel remote.
