ok, so right now, I have the Pioneer XM tuner unit, if I swap out the radio (to the D3) and keep the XM unit, do I need to do anything as far an XM is concerned? or is the "radio ID" actually the XM tuner unit?

Its in the XM tuner so just pop the new deck in

Sweet, that is what I was hoping for, yet one more reason that I will be going with Pioneer over the Kenwood!!
