Yesterday on my way home from work I got a call on my cell phone which is connected via bluetooth. I was in twin map view when the phone was ringing and noticed a "ring picture" after about 3 rings. The picture showed up in the right view window and stayed there until I picked up. This is the first time I noticed that.

My question is, has anyone seen that before? Also, this happened to be a telemarketer so could this have been something that was sent over caller ID? And, if this is part of the Z1's cell interface why doesn't it show up everytime it rings?

Its a feature, not sure why it did it with that number. You can also upload your own pictures via CDR so that when people call you, their picture shows up on the screen

It was a canned bitmap that had "RING" written in big letters on it. It had what looked to be a latin theme. Many bright colors, etc. The call came from some spanish language telemarketer.

Weird! I never saw that on any call before.
