Thinking about adding a rear flip down monitor in the back of an 03 expedition. How is the picture quality with the D3? Any recommendations on which monitor to purchase?

Assuming the source quality is good (dvd), then the quality on the rear monitor and the D3 itself, is good.

I have videos on my Ipod that play crystal clear on the Ipod, but are not as crisp on the D3 or the rear monitors.

Good point. I wonder what would be the best setting to convert Ipod videos..to ensure better quality on the D3/monitors? I understand this would mean poorer quality on the Ipod...but thats fine
