I'm in need of the CNDV-21 update disc for the AVIC-90DVD. Does anyone have one or know where it can be bought? I was told it was no longer avalible through Pioneer.

I don't have any CNDV-21 but can supply you with CNDV-40 or CNDV-50 (which will also work as long as you have a touch-panel monitor). Let me know if I can help.

will the cndv-40 work with the unit if a touchscreen IS NOT being used?

ryan are you sure the 40 discs will work with the avic-90dvd i have been looking for discs and was told that unless the unit is being used with a touchscreen, then anything ther than the avic-20 disc is useless

There was a version called the CNDV40R that was for customers that still use remotes instead of touchscreen
