ok i live in houston tx and i was trying to find an address on the avic d2 for arlington around dallas and every address i type it wouldnt give me the address im looking for or it would say address does not exist anyone know of this problem or m i doin something wrong any help would be helpfull

well i never been to dallas and i wanted to get to a address there and it says it does not exsits

Well, I was going to suggest...if you knew a general area on the map, you can zoom in on that area and just touch the street(block) it's on and hit the checkered flag button. I have to do that often when it tells me that a location does not exist. Good luck.

Does it find the street and not the number you are looking for? Around here it doesn't find house numbers very well, but knows streets. If it finds the street just push the button that shows up beside the address. Even if it says address does not exsist it will take you to the street.

That option surely comes in very handy in areas where there are new neighborhoods and development.
