i have a D3 in my 06 Scion tC. the glove box is deep enough for the slim playstation 2. anyone has any idea what i need to do to get it to work. such as the best inverter to use and is it as easy as pluging in the av cables into the avaliable ones for the av2 port in the headunit's harness

If you plug in the red/white/yellow cables from the PS2 into the AV2 audio/video inputs and then plug the PS2 into an inverter it will work. The difficulty depends on how "clean" you want the install to look afterwords.

I did this install and the best solution I found was to buy a car ac adapter specifically for the slim ps2 (which goes to the cig lighter). it cost me some $10 or so. This way is cheaper and easier. instead of plugging it into the lighter I hardwired it to the harness. Very clean install and it works great.

Does anyone know if the wireless logitech controllers would work well even though the glove box is shut? Is there any type of delay or interference?
