I'd like to know what to do with the parking brake wire on the GEX-P5700TV. I have a Z1 with the Ducatiboy mod. I think I should just ground this wire so it thinks the parking brake is on. Is this correct? I know to leave the parking brake wire on the Z1 not hooked up with the flasher mod. Any help would be apprecitated. Thanks

Just like the head unit DO NOT ground the parking brake wire. Just tape it up and out of the way. The unit works perfectly without it.

I actually grounded this wire before I read this post. It works fine and has full functionality. I guess either way it doesn't really matter.

so hows your reception with teh 5700? i too am getting this part.

This is my first in car TV so I have nothing to compare it to but I'm pretty happy with the reception. I get about 7-8 good channels here in Phoenix.
