I finished my install, grounded everything I could, but the white noise is still present.

 

If I had known that the D3 that I have was going to be like this, I would have considered something else. I like it but the noise is a major issue with me and it is at its worst when using navigation. Is there any real solution? I understand that every install is an individual event that has a lot of potential issues but I have installed 8 car stereos in the 12 years that I have been driving and none have ever had the noise issues this one does.
