The other day I wanted to drive to an address on Washington Street in Boston....The menu asked for number and then street...then it pops up a HUGE list of streets with "Washington" ....How am I suppose to know which one to select? Why am I not asked which CITY first so I don't have to scroll through all the Washington streets in the eastern half of the United States? How am I suppose to use this scroll list? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Isn't Mass selected as your default state? I'm in Maryland and I only get Maryland streets. So, when I want to cross the border to go to West Virginia or into Virginia or to Pennsylvania, I have to physically go in to change my state before I do an address search for it. Sounds like you did not do that.

Where do you set that? I have the same problem.

You can enter the city first, just hit the city button before you type in the address

yeah, its much easier to do city first. then it narrows down the choices to the one your looking for
