Does anyone know for a fact if the D3 will fit in an 07 Avy? Crutchfield says no but according to the specs it does.

It does. I don't know if crotchfelled actually sells the kit you'll need though.

that sucks b/c I had the D3 installed in my 03 and when I traded it in for the 07, Crutchfield reported that it didnt fit so I left it in my old vehicle.

Ouch. If it makes you feel any better, pretty much all of the parts you used in the old avalanche would have been useless in the new one.

yeah it helps. they gave me $1200 extra for the Navi, so I didnt lose anything. I am going to get a new one though now that I KNOW it fits
