Is there any way to play an album from your music library without the pauses in the middle.

What pauses? In between tracks?

I'd have to say not. You're basically listening to a bunch of mp3s (or whatever format). When you finish one, it takes a split second to locate and start reading the data. That's the pause you hear. Try ripping a CD into individual mp3s and then listen to them with media player . You'll get the same pause.

Unless Pioneer makes a major overhaul of the player that would allow it to read and begin load the next song while the current one is still playing, you're stuck with the pause.

Actually you could do this by ripping the CD to a music editor and then making one track out of the entire CD. The only problem then is that you will not be able to select an individual track. Also, there may be a limit to the size of a single track that may not allow this. If you really want no pauses that's the only way that I know to do it.

THANKS FOR THE INPUT. THE PAUSES ARE JUST REALLY ANNOYING. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU RIP A MIX CD.
