Hi,

I was wondering if anyone out there can help. I have a 2001 Ford Excursion Limited with the AVIC-D3, BTB100, IPOD adapter, Video Mod. Everything works great except for the BTB100 bluetooth. The phone connects with the unit and I am able to register the phone. When I call from it, it displays on the screen and the call goes out. I can hear the phone dialing (when I press the nubers), but nothing afterwards. The person on the other line can hear me, but I can not hear them. For starters, the power supply is fine. The bus cable is plugged in the proper "in bus" connection. Is there anyone out there who can give me any pointers? Do you guys think I should get rid of this and buy a BTB200? My Motorola SLVR connects but my SPRINT PPC6700 does not. I will be happy if only the SLVR connects.

The pbus cable is plugged into the wrong port on the bluetooth module.

I just tried that and am embarrassed to say that it worked. I put the BUS cable into the out plug. I thought the instructions stated the in plub. Anyways, thanks for the help.

I was wondering if ou could help me solve one more problem. I can not get my SPRINT PPC6700 to pair with the unit. Is this a compatabilty issue? Will the BTB200 solve this?

Thanks

what is the solution to pair ppc-6700 with cd-btb200. is jetware the only option. i am not sure if i want to pay for it because it didn't connect all the time while i was on the "trial"....kinda annoying.
