what harness do i need for a AVIC-D3 -> 350Z

could someone please guide me as to exactly what harness i need to buy to install a AVIC-D3 in a Nissan 350Z

would anyone know where i could find the Metra Dash kit for this in Los Angeles. In the Valley if possible.
