Ok installers, I need your help on this one. I am going to be installing 2 amps of 600 watts combined. 1 200 mono and 1 400 watt 4 channel. I will be using 4 gage wire from the battery and 8 gage wire to the amps. I will be using AUG fusess and need to know what rating to use at the battery, 200 watt amp, and 400 watt amp.

very simple.......just add up the combined values of the fuses in all amps and there you go

Round about 80 amp under the hood. Assuming the wattages your listing are rms values.

The values I listed are the max values, so would the rateing be different?

Check the rating of the fuses in each amp, then add them up and get whatever you can find near to that number

Use a 100amp Fuse to be on the safe side.
