I have a 06 silverado with bose but no onstar or xm. What adapter do I need for my car for the Z1. I have searched but there are so many different options I don't know which to pick.

Thanks

Have you called Crutchfield or checked www.installer.com ? I don't have any experiance with an 06 silverado myself, but those two places are usually really good at knowing what you need for your particular vehicle. They aren't the cheapest and I have to admit after doing searches on installer.com I take the part number do a google search and find the same part for less than 1/2 the price and I have ordered from the cheap place that doesn't have the nice online database.
