I have a z1 in my 2006 Ford F150 and a z2 in my 2007 cadillac CTS-V. In my truck, the nav arrow always poins up and the map rotates so that the arrow alwasy poins up in the direction that i am driving. In my car with the Z2, the arrow points sideways or at an angle all of the time. I cannot get it to point up. I have tied switching the position in the menu and hitting the "north" arrow and these do not help.

Any help will be greatly appreciated as this drives me crazy!

Have you tried clicking on that arrow? I think that when you click it it will point up and when you click it again it will point to the side (or whichever direction you are driving)

It sounds like you have to reset everything in your "3D calibration status." I think its in the harware menu. It happended to me when i took my Z1 back out to check for something.
