Music Library Randomly Changing Albums

Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster. I did search for this, but did not find anyone with a similar problem.

I've just installed a Z2 and everything was working great, took it out to install some amps and speakers and put it back in and now the music library randomly changes albums while I'm listening to it. You can hear an audible beep, as if someone pushed a button. It also happens in other sources, but not as bad. This has happened in the morning and during the day.

Anyone seen or heard this? I'm thinking maybe I tightened the radio too much when I mounted it and it is doing something weird.

Thanks for any help.

Just to cover all the basics, you didnt happen to set the library on "Random" did you? Maybe accidentally selected it and didnt realize it? I did that once. :D

Thanks for the quick reply. I checked that. It does it in the middle of the song, sometimes in the beginning, sometimes towards the end.

I've actually been thinking about it more, and I think it may have something to do with the steering wheel control module. I will have to see which album is being "randomly" selected. I think it may be always going to the previous album of whatever I am playing.

Also, I had mentioned it does it in other sources, like changing chapters on a DVD, I think maybe the "seek" button may be doing it. Now if it is a function of the steering wheel or the adapter, I will have to figure it out.
