I have just purchased the D3 and I need help finding the Car Speed Signal Input wire and Reverse Gear Signal Input Wire. Any help would be appreciated. This is for a 2004 Subaru WRX STi.

Check there. I would imagine it's somewhere throughout there. If not, make a post asking so.

Reverse Light brown/yellow + passenger kick, harness to rear
Speed Sense green/yellow ECM below glove box
On the non-turbo models the vss is in pin 10 of the 20 pin plug. On the turbo models the vss is in pin 1 of the 22 pin plug. On the STi models the vss is in pin 27 of the 35 pin plug.
The vss wire is also found behind the instrument cluster.
