Can you create an audio DVD for the Z1/2.

I have a collection of large .mp3 files. If I try converting a 166MB .mp3 to an audio CD it is too large. Music track is about 118 minutes.

Can I create an audio DVD, drop it into the Z1/2 and successfully rip it to the hard drive?

If not, what is some good mp3 editing software that will let me break the single large .mp3 into smaller .mp3's?

Yes, you can, I think Roxio will do that. But I have never done it.

I don't believe that it will rip an audio DVD, I think it will just play it.

Cool Edit 2000. Adobe bought them out and killed them. They integrated the MP3 editing into one of their programs, but you can't get it anymore. It's 7 years old and still the best MP3 editing program around. PM me if you want more info on that.

Pity, I will have to cut up my mp3's into manageable sizes - kinda kills the flow on ambience, but there u go...
