I have a 2003 GMC Denali. The blue tooth works, finds my phone and will make calls. But no one can hear me talk. My installer has checked it over and over and nothing seems wrong. Mic is plugged in, in the right place . Any ideas?

Look for a pinched or cut mic wire. I'd try the A-piller first, most likely place.
