My SIR-PNR2 is dead. I was having all the symptoms that are described in the other threads. I would get really inconsistent symptoms. Sometimes it would start playing as soon as I started the car and then it would stop within 3-5 mins. other times I would start the car and it would just sit there saying 'Aquiring Signal'. I have tried every possible thing I can think off...grounds, connections and connectors, power to the sirpnr2....etc. I have called sirius and they said to call pioneer. Pioneer says I have to fax them my receipt and they will contact me with return info. I think I am going to buy another unit, return mine and then sell the refurb unit Pioneer returns to me.

Back in business....I ended up ordering a new one from circuitcity.com b/c the company I purchased from did not have anymore in stock to exchange so they are letting me return for a refund b/c pioneer would not honor the waranty b/c it turns out the origninal company is not an authorized internet retailer. I guess I learned my leason about buying pioneer products online.
