Upgrade for Pioneer HDD Navigation System(AVIC-Z1)

My question is similar. If I've already done the 2 wire bypass (I upgraded my software for the bluetooth upgrade for noise cancellation) .

Will this allow me to do the upgrade wihtout it cancelling the the bypass's I have already so I can see movies and such?

Well from what I have been told yes it will block the bypass and it can only be changed over by programming.
