My installer is insisting that my blue tooth unit must be defective because the mic is plugged in right but no one can hear me talk. how can this be if i'm able to connect my mom, make out going calls, hear them through my speakers. It has to be the mic right? If its not damaged, no cuts on the wire, what possibly could be wrong? I have a 2003 GMC Denali with AVIC D3, ipod connector, and steering wheel connection for my factory steering wheel bottons.
