Couldn't find 2006, but a few years earlier which is the same model is:
VSS Lead Green/Red LOCATION 2 104PIN CONNECTOR OF ECM POSTION 58

I don't seem to see a 104pin connector at location 2 guess they must have moved it :(

Speed Sense green/red PCM below glovebox, pin 79 or in passenger` kick panel for 2005 mpv
sorry nothing for 06 but if they did not change the body style it should be in the same spot

I found it this may help others it's the Green/Red wire connected to the speedo it's on a 20 pin connector.
