I burned some wallpapers to a CD-R, they work perfect. I can use 1 wallpaper for the AV & 1 wallpaper for the Navi, but I cannot store the rest of the wallpapers. So now everytime I wanna change the wallpaper to one that was on the disc, I have to insert the Disc. Is anyone able to store multiple wallpapers on the Avic-Z1???

Not from what I've read on here. That is the only way to put more pix on the Z1....it's very finicky.

Nope, unfortunately you cannot stre any pics on the hard drive! You must keep that disc handy for the background pic changes! I'm not too crazy about that feature as well!

I actually did try that today. I could not do that either.. I wish we could put more than 1 wallpaper on the HD.

You can do it however you need to go the hacking route in the other forum.
The basic images are stored in \ldata\BG\preinstall
They are all BMP's.
